3. Games & Purchases
Our games may be distributed through third-party platforms and storefronts (such as Steam) or through payment providers such as Stripe. Any purchase of a game or related content is subject to the terms, pricing, and refund policies of the relevant platform or payment provider at the time of purchase, in addition to these Terms.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order or a recurring subscription with Soulcraft Studios as described here. This is a summary; full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- One-time purchases (games, cosmetic items, other digital content): because these are digital goods delivered instantly, an order may be cancelled only before the content has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed. Once delivered, a one-time digital purchase is generally treated as consumed.
- Subscriptions: you may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period already paid for.
5. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, timelines, and how to request a refund are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is administered in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. In summary, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Where a game or item is purchased through a third-party storefront (such as Steam) or a platform such as Reddit, that platform's refund policy also applies to the transaction.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
